How long does a warranty claim take to process?

From start to finish, on average, a valid warranty claim will take between 6 to 10 weeks to be fully processed & work completed.

It is our mission to resolve all warranty claims in a timely fashion whilst providing clear communications about the work we are doing during the warranty repair process.

Please note that an ongoing shortage of some parts may cause longer than expected delays to the repair process.
