How to upload Stock in Eclipse?

These are instructions on how to upload stock into Eclipse with the information needed for the websites and autogate.

Stock Upload Instructions:

When uploading new stock into Eclipse these are the CATEGORIES WE MUST HAVE POPULATED:

• Category
  • OFFROAD – For full off road caravans only (if it is also a family van, slide out or camper etc. please list under those categories instead)
  • SEMI – Semi Off road vans
  • TOURER – Tourer/on road vans
  • MOTORHOME – Motorhomes
  • CAMPER – camper trailer
  • HYBRID – Hybrid camper
  • SLIDEOUT – Slide out caravan
  • FAMILY – family bunk caravan
• Make, Model, Variant, Series, Body - PLEASE USE THE DROPDOWN MENUS WHEN POSSIBLE
  • When entering in Make, Model, Variant, Series, Body use the dropdown menu. This will ensure that product categories are correct. If the make you’re after isn’t listed please make sure you use the correct naming.
• Colour
  • Use Dropdown menu and select the most similar colour.
• Tare - KGs
• ATM - KGs
• GTM - KGs
• Notes/Internet (Description and Pics), AT LEAST 20 PHOTOS AND A GENREAL DESCRIPTION of the product SEE EXAMPLE ON LAST PAGE
• Berths (No. of beds)
  • There is a section on the website that we must start populating called No. of Sleeps (Berths). It is on the Caravans This must be filled in. Put a number in each sub-section for how many the van has. If it doesn’t have one of the types just leave it blank.
    • For Example:
    • An SRT-22F would have 1 in Dbl Bed Island and a 2 or 3 in Bunks
      
      Instructions for Stock Descriptions:

We need to add a 100 to 200 word written description of the product followed by specs broken down into categories. Achieving this will drive more traffic to our websites and give users a better understanding of the product. Feel free to look for inspiration on the manufacturer’s websites for descriptions.

We also need a minimum of 20 Photos of the Van uploaded.
